Communication analysis

Who works with whom?

Booking data shows who sits where and when. It does not show who works with whom. Yet that is exactly what determines which teams belong next to each other. With the Barometer, we survey the relationships between departments anonymously and visualise them as a network.

  1. 1
Understand the current stateWhich departments work together daily, which hardly at all. Anonymous, at department level, without individuals.
  2. 2
Define zones correctlyClosely connected teams get neighbouring home zones or the same floor. Walking and search times decrease.
  3. 3
Validate continuouslyRepeated after the pilot: does the proximity work? Together with the occupancy data from GoBright, the planning becomes verifiable.
