Group desks into zones by department. The team books its zone and sits together, even with desk sharing.

Quick check-in via QR code
Sticker with NFC and QR code at the desk: hold your phone to it or scan the code, and you are checked in. No drilling, no device at the desk. If nobody checks in, the desk is released automatically, and the occupancy figures are accurate.
